Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS shipping label and print it directly from your browser or email confirmation.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all glass bottles are protected, and attach the prepaid label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
